OPIS
Ekologiczne nasiona na kiełki rzodkiewki mają ostry, wyrazisty smak.

SPOSÓB PRZYGOTOWANIA
W warunkach domowych kiełki przygotowujemy w następujący sposób. Bierzemy płaski talerz, wykładamy go gazą lub innym materiałem chłonącym wodę. Na gazę sypiemy pojedynczą warstwę nasion i podlewamy ją wodą, najlepiej przegotowaną i letnią. Wodę należy uzupełniać tak , aby gaza cały czas była mokra. Nasiona umieszczamy w ciepłym i najlepiej ciemnym miejscu. W zależności od gatunku kiełkowanej rośliny, kiełki pojawiają się po 2-4 dniach. Przy nasionach grubych np. groch, SOJA, cieciorka, itp. lub nasionach z łupiną np. dynia, słonecznik, kiełki ścinamy przed spożyciem, a nasiona drobne używamy w całości.
