Yuzu tea to mieszanka najsmaczniejszej zielonej herbaty i skórki yuzu, aromatycznego azjatyckiego owocu przypominającego mandarynkę. Yuzu jest wyjątkowym owocem o twardej żółto-zielonej skórce, uprawianym w Azji od stuleci. Herbata została skomponowana tak, aby uzyskać balans między wytrawną, delikatną zieloną herbatą a rześkim, lekko kwaśnym owocem. Jej zapach jest intensywnie cytrusowy i świeży, kolor słoneczny, a smak cytrynowo-maślany. Yuzu tea jest polecana do picia o każdej porze, szczególnie w pierwszej połowie dnia. SPOSÓB PRZYGOTOWANIA
2 - 3 g herbaty zalać 200 ml wody o temperaturze 70 - 80°C i zaparzać przez 3 minuty.
