OPIS
Kawa bezkofeinowa nie jest w 100 % wolna od kofeiny. Większość kaw bezkofeinowych zawiera 2-3 % naturalnej kofeiny, zwykle od 1 do 7 miligramów na filiżankę. W celu usunięcia kofeiny z zielonych ziaren moczy się kawę w wysokiej jakości wodzie, która jest dobrym rozpuszczalnikiem. Wyekstrahowany roztwór przepuszcza się przez filtry węglowe eliminując z niego niemalże do zera kofeinę.
Nasza kawa bezkofeinowa jest pozyskiwana metodą Swiss Water Process, w której kawa jest wolna od chemicznych dodatków i przetwarzana przy użyciu możliwie najczystszej wody. Właśnie dlatego ekologiczna kawa może zachować swoje certyfikaty ekologiczne.
