Ingredients:

How to use:
Consume 1/2 bottle (50 ml - 10 teaspoons) per day before the planned physical effort. Do not consume more than 1 serving per day. The product is intended for adults. Sediment is a natural phenomenon. Shake well before use. Once opened, refrigerate, consume within 48 hours.
