How to consume AOL?

Consume 1 serving (3 capsules) per day.

AAKG - L-arginine alphaketoglutarate

Arginine alphaketoglutarate is a chemical compound of glutaric acid and arginine. Glutaric acid is the product of the citric acid cycle, the final stage of metabolism of all organisms breathing with oxygen, often called the Krebs cycle. Arginine is one of the amino acids that occurs in our body, taking an active part in the most important life processes. The combination of these two molecules creates a compound with a synergistic effect (two compounds work together more effectively than alone).

L-ornithine

Organic chemical compound (non-protein amino acid, alkaline subgroup) - L-ornithine is one of the three amino acids involved in the urea cycle, next to L-arginine and L-citrulline, which makes it extremely important for the perfect functioning of our body.

L-lysine

L-lysine is an organic chemical compound from the group of essential amino acids. Their essence is that for the proper functioning of the body, we must provide them with the right amount through supplementation or with food. Our body cannot synthesize them on its own. Besides, it is one of the main compounds that builds all the proteins in our body. Hence the name of the group, protein amino acids.
