Creatine is a chemical compound that occurs naturally in the human body. The substance is also supplied to the body along with the daily menu - creatine can be found in products of animal origin, m.in. in meat, fish or eggs, as well as in the form of dietary supplements. OstroVit uses creatine malate, i.e. a combination of creatine molecule with malic acid in a ratio of 1:3.
