Method of use

Mix the recommended portion of 1 g (3 scoops) in 20 ml (3 tablespoons) of water or milk. Consume 1-2 servings per day. The product can also be added to porridge, cocktail or yogurt. Please use the measuring cup provided in the package (1 ml).
