Ingredients: Fish oil, shell ingredients (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 ( vitamin K) derived from Bacillus subtilis natto.

How to consume Omega 3 + ADEK❓
➡ Consume 1 serving (1 capsule) per day, preferably after a meal.
