How to consume OstroVit Pump Extreme?
Mix a portion of 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 - 250 ml of water. Consume one serving a day, 30 minutes before training. The product is intended for adults with increased physical activity.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of young children.

A-AKG - L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate - a chemical compound that is a combination of two substances, such as L-arginine and glutaric acid.
