OstroVit Vitargo + Electrolytes + Vitamins - a valuable source of valuable ingredients
Starch - a compound classified as complex carbohydrates, a polysaccharide, which is a spare component of plants. Starch is a multi-sugar that you can find m.in. in cereal grains, dry legume seeds, as well as other tubers and roots. Vitargostarch, on the other hand, is a type of carbohydrate obtained from starch, which is distinguished by high molecular weight and low osmolality, which makes Vitargo quickly penetrate from the stomach into the bloodstream, where the compound is used as a source of easily digestible energy.
Potas - a mineral component that is the most abundant intracellular cation. Potassium can be found m.in. in dry legume seeds, nuts, spinach, potatoes and pumpkins, as well as bananas and avocados.
Magnesium - a mineral component that is classified as macroelements. In the human body, it is stored mainly in bones and muscles. Cereal whole grain products, as well as seeds and nuts are considered as nutritional sources of magnesium.
Calcium - a mineral that can be found in food - is considered primarily milk and dairy products, as well as ingredients such as sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, kale, nuts or tofu.
Sodium - a mineral component, which is an extracellular cation, which is stored in the human body primarily in extracellular fluids and bones. Sodium is most often delivered to the body along with kitchen salt and products containing this ingredient, m.in. sausages or bread.
Chloride - a mineral component that is the main anion of extracellular space. The source of chlorine is table salt and products containing significant amounts of this compound, but the substance is also found in products such as e.g. wheat germ or veal liver.
Vitamin C - an organic chemical compound classified as water-soluble vitamins. It is an exogenous substance that can be found in fresh fruits and vegetables, m.in. in peppers, kohlrabi, oranges or blackcurrant.
B vitamins - water-soluble compounds that are commonly found in food, both in animal and plant foods. B vitamins include compounds such as thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin (vitamin B7), folic acid (vitamin B9), as well as cobalamin (vitamin B12).
