OstroVit Keep Sleep Night Protein - night support for the body
Magnesium - a macroelement with the symbol Mg, which in the human body is stored mainly in bones and muscles. It is a compound widespread in food that you can find m.in. in cereal whole grain products, dry legume seeds, as well as nuts and green leafy vegetables.
Myo-inositol - the most stable stereoisomer of inositol, which is a nutrient that is chemically classified as polyols. Until recently, this substance was referred to as vitamin B8, which was considered one of the water-soluble B vitamins. Current data, however, suggest that inositol is a vitamin-like compound that can be naturally produced in the human body. However, the ingredient can also be delivered to the body with food - the largest amounts of the compound can be found in fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as in nuts and grains.
L-theanine - an organic chemical compound belonging to non-protein amino acids. It is a derivative of glutamine, which easily overcomes the blood-brain barrier. Naturally, it occurs in the L configuration in Camellia sinensis leaves, which is why green tea is considered the main source of the compound.
Enzyme lactase - an enzyme that is responsible for the process of digestion of lactose, both found in human milk and in milk of animal origin. The compound catalyzes the hydrolysis of disaccharide, which is lactose, also called milk sugar, to two molecules of simple sugars - glucose and galactose.
Melatonin - a hormone that occurs naturally in the human body. The substance is produced in the central nervous system by the pineal gland, which is one of the endocrine glands and is a derivative of tryptophan. The synthesis and secretion of melatonin in the body increases darkness, while light inhibits the course of processes.
