D-aspartic acid - D.A.A. - an organic chemical compound from the group of endogenous protein amino acids, which in the human body is produced primarily in the pituitary gland and hypothalamus. It is an enantiomer of L-aspartic acid, which, however, differs in spatial configuration and biological activity. Method of use
Mix a portion of 3 g (1 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water or juice. Consume one serving a day 30 minutes before bedtime.
