What is a synbiotic?

Therefore, in the Olimp Labs laboratories, a dietary supplement was created, the main ingredient of which - Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in an unusual concentration of 7 billion CFU* - is responsible for supplementing the intestinal microflora, in particular during antibiotic therapy and 2-3 weeks after discontinuation of antibiotic use, as well as in each trip.
Colonbiotic 7 GG Sport Edition has been supplemented with a prebiotic in the form of fructoligosaccharides, which are a breeding ground for the growth of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG. Such a complex is a synbiotic. It is a 2-in-1 system in which probiotic bacteria have the right conditions to develop and maintain high activity. Synbiotics work more effectively than probiotics and restore the body’s microbiological balance faster.
Colonbiotic 7 GG Sport Edition is especially recommended for physically active people. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is one of the beneficial bacteria found in the digestive tract. Preferably acting bacteria found in the digestive tract are important for digestive processes. This is important for people practicing strength and endurance sports, in particular those taking various nutrients (especially protein) and supplements. Proper intestinal flora is particularly important for people on a mass diet.
