Ten sos SOJOWY tamari z 25 % mniejszą ilością soli jest produkowany przez doświadczonego japońskiego producenta, miłośnika sosu sojowego najwyższej klasy. 9-miesięczna fermentacja zapewnia, że sos pozostaje bogaty i zrównoważony, bez nadmiernej słoności. Zaletą tamari o obniżonej zawartości soli jest to, że mniej obciążasz ciśnienie krwi i nerki, a także lepiej utrzymujesz inne minerały (np. potas).
